Working Principle
After the ore slurry tank, the water sprayed under the influence of the mineral particles into the cabinet, the mine water pipeline is in a loose state. Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic particles of the magnetic mine gather to form a "magnetic group" or "magnetic chain". The "magnetic group" or "magnetic chain" moves under the action of the magnetic force of the pulp, and these are adsorbed on the cylinder. As the magnetic polarity is alternately arranged along the rotation direction of the cylinder, and the "magnetic group" or "magnetic chain" is fixed at work and changes with the drum speed, due to the electromagnetic stirring magnetic poles generated by the magnetic separator alternately from the phenomenon, the gangue and other non-magnetic minerals in the "magnetic group" or flip "magnetic chain" take off downward, and finally are sucked on the inner surface of the cylinder as a "magnetic group" or "magnetic lotus", that is, concentrated. The magnetic system is concentrated to the cylinder with weaker magnetic force at the edge, and unloaded in the exhaust pipe of the unloading ore, and the magnetic separator is unloaded according to the concentrated action of the washing water. The non-magnetic or weakly magnetic minerals are discharged from the fuel tank outside the pulp, which is the tailings.
