As we all know, among the reasonable and environmentally friendly configuration methods of the entire sand making production line, it is a popular trend to equip pulse dust collectors and sand washing machines. In wet sand washing wastewater, the water flow will inevitably lose fine sand and surface sand. Each production line will lose 5%-25% of the content, and the loss in one year is also very staggering. 1. Multi-stage sedimentation tank sedimentation method

   The sand washing wastewater flows into the sedimentation tank, and the sedimentation tank is preferably provided with three layers. Over time, layers of sediment are deposited. Since sand and dirt have a heavier specific gravity, they can be separated over a longer period of time.

   However, this approach still has flaws. The long-term sedimentation process occupies a large area of the sedimentation tank. Later, manual excavation of sand and mud will be required, which requires more time and manpower.

2. Equipped with dewatering screen equipment

   The sand washing wastewater is directly discharged to the surface of the linear dewatering screen to recover the lost sand.

   The disadvantage is that there is little or no mud in the raw material, which will not be a problem, but if there is too much mud, the last link is useless and cannot be recycled at all. Recycled sand is still a mixture of mud.

3. Recycling and utilization of fine sand recovery machine

   The wastewater generated by the sand washing machine is directly discharged to the lower water tank of the fine sand collector. The mixed sand and muddy water are pumped to the cyclone separator and discharged to the screen surface through the mud pump. The fine sand part is discharged along the screen surface, and the mud and water return to the lower water tank, forming a cycle to continuously extract sand from the wastewater.

   No other faults and theoretical problems were found in the fine sand recovery device, and it has gained more recognition from the market.

   Two points should be noted when operating the fine sand recovery machine: First, do not put in materials when starting the machine. It is recommended to turn the machine a few times before loading the material. This is more reasonable and can reduce the burden on the equipment. Secondly, the total power must be considered when configuring the transformer, and more voltage must be configured appropriately to ensure that the equipment can work normally and will not operate at low voltage.

4. Add chemical reagents

   Drain the lost sand and water into the sink, and add chemical reagents to quickly condense the sand into floc and quickly separate the sand and water. Mainly used in the coal slime industry to recycle clean coal and pulverized coal. However, if it is used in sand and gravel fields, it will have certain limitations and cannot be promoted on a large scale for the time being.
