Working Principle
In a circular vibrating screen, it is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a screen surface, etc. The vibrator is installed at the lower part of the screen machine box through the motor and vibrator, and the vibrator is linked with the screen surface through the shaft. The motor drives the vibrator to rotate, producing arc vibration, causing the materials to rub on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening.
The screen surface of the circular vibrating screen adopts multi-layer mesh, which is screened layer by layer according to the particle size. After the material is put into the circular vibrating screen, with the movement of the vibrator, the material will continuously roll and bounce on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. During the screening process, through constant friction and impact, large particles of material will gradually move outward on the screen surface, while small particles of material will gradually move downward through the gaps in the screen.
