Production Process

The ore raw materials are evenly sent into the jaw crusher for the first stage of crushing through the vibration feeder, and the materials out of the jaw crusher are then put into the impact crusher for the second stage of crushing, the secondary crushing materials are screened and graded through the circular vibrating screen, and the upper part of the material larger than the finished product returns to the impact crusher to continue crushing. The material with qualified particle size is screened into the required 25-16mm, 16-5mm, 0-5mm and other specifications of stone according to its size, and the finished product is transported to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.
