The structure of the Raymond mill is mainly composed of the main machine, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air duct. Among them, the main machine consists of a frame, an air inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, and a cover.

The grinding roller grinds tightly against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. Therefore, when the grinding roller and grinding ring wear to a certain thickness, the output and fineness of the finished product will not be affected. The grinding roller and grinding ring have a long replacement cycle, which eliminates the short replacement cycle of centrifugal mill wearing parts. The air separation airflow of this machine circulates in the fan - grinding shell - cyclone separator - fan, so it has less dust than the high-speed centrifugal grinder, the operation workshop is clean, and the environment is pollution-free.

Working Principle

When the Raymond mill works, the grinding roller rolls tightly on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. The kaolin is scooped up by the shovel and sent to the middle of the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The kaolin is affected by the grinding force. It is broken into powder, and then the powdered kaolin is blown up and passed through the analysis machine under the action of the fan. The kaolin that meets the fineness requirements passes through the analysis machine, and the kaolin that does not meet the requirements is returned to the grinding chamber to continue grinding. The cyclone separator separates and collects them and then makes them into finished products.
