Production Process

Large pieces of river pebbles are evenly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the impact crusher or cone crusher for intermediate crushing through the belt conveyor. The crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and the finished sand (under the screen) is sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor and then sent to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor; large-grained river pebbles The materials above the screen are sent to the vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) by the belt conveyor for further crushing and shaping. If clean river pebbles are needed, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. The finely crushed river pebbles are transported by the belt conveyor. It is sent to the vibrating screen again for screening, thus forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.
