Working Principle
When working, after the river pebbles fall into the feed hopper, they fall through the annular hole, and are then divided into two forces by the bulk material plate. One force enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the material distribution plate, is rapidly accelerated and then thrown out at high speed. Another force falls from around the material distribution plate. The two forces will first collide with each other, and then merge into one force, which will impact the vortex material lining in the surrounding vortex chamber and be bounced to the top of the crushing chamber. Then it deflects downward and collides with the river pebbles emitted from the impeller flow channel to form a continuous material curtain, which is discharged through the lower discharge port.
