The working principle of the bag filter can be simply summarized as "filtration-collection-discharge" in three steps. When the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, it is first pre-treated, such as cooling and dehumidification. Then, the gas passes through the dust bag, and the solid particles in it are intercepted on the surface of the bag to form a filter cake. As the filter cake thickens, the dust removal effect gradually weakens. At this time, it is necessary to remove the filter cake by backblowing or pulse jetting to restore the filtering capacity of the bag. Finally, the dust-removed gas is discharged through the outlet to meet environmental protection requirements. Bag dust collectors have many advantages. Working Principle
The dust-laden gas enters the dust collector and first passes through the pre-filter to remove large particles, and then enters the main filter, which is an area composed of a large number of long and thin fiber bags. These bags are made of fiber materials such as polyester fiber, polypropylene, etc., which have good filtering performance and long life. When the dust-laden gas passes through these bags, the dust particles are blocked on the surface of the bags, and the clean gas is discharged through the pores of the bags. 34 Over time, the dust accumulated on the bags will cause the resistance to increase, affecting the dust removal effect. In order to maintain the normal operation of the dust collector, the bags need to be cleaned or replaced regularly. The dust cleaning process is mainly achieved by the pulse backflush device. The pulse backflush device consists of a pulse valve, a nozzle, an air pipe, etc. When the control system detects that the resistance of the filter bag reaches the set value, it will trigger the pulse valve, causing the nozzle to spray gas into the filter bag to form a backflush airflow. The backflush airflow causes the filter bag to vibrate, thereby removing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag.
In addition, the work of the bag filter also involves the suction, filtration and purification of dust-laden gas. The dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and is filtered and purified by the filter bag. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is discharged from the air outlet.
