The production line uses multiple high-efficiency crushers, screening machines and other equipment to process the original granite ore through multiple processes such as crushing, screening, and washing, and finally produces granite sand, stones and other products of different particle sizes.

Production Process

1. The granite is fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for rough crushing. After being crushed, it is fed into the cone crusher by the conveyor for re-crushing;

2. The crushed materials are screened by the screening machine, and those that meet the feed particle size of the sand making machine are transported to the sand making machine, and those that do not meet the requirements are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing;

3. The materials coming out of the sand making machine are screened by the vibrating screen to meet the particle size requirements of the finished product and sent to the sand washing machine. The washed sand and gravel products are sent to the material pile by the conveyor and do not meet the particle size requirements of the finished product. The material is returned to the sand making machine for processing again.

Feedback

This is a crushing production line that we customized for customers. This production line crushes granite, which is relatively hard, so when configuring the equipment, we chose a cone crusher for the second stage crushing. Through a later return visit by our company, we learned that the production line has a very low failure rate, a large output, is relatively easy to maintain, and is environmentally friendly. It is reported that the customer has started to make money in the fifth month of the production line.
