In Yunnan Province, at the foot of a mountain far away from the city, a workshop is a brand new mobile crushing production line, which is a 150-ton gravel production line. Considering the customer's site and convenience, we recommend the customer to use a mobile crushing station, a mobile vehicle, which includes feeding, crushing, sand making, screening and other functions. This mobile vehicle is equipped with vibrating feeder, jaw crushing mobile station, cone crushing mobile station, vibrating screen and other equipment. Three discharge particle sizes can be achieved, namely 0-5mm, 10-20mm and 10-30mm to meet customer needs.

After the large pieces of sand and gravel raw materials are pre-treated and reach the particle size that can enter the mobile jaw crusher, they are sent to the vibrating feeder by the excavator. After being discharged from the mobile jaw crusher, the materials enter the mobile cone crusher for crushing, and the fine materials produced subsequently enter the mobile screening station for screening. The large materials return to the mobile impact crusher for cyclic crushing, and the small materials are transported to each finished material pile by the belt conveyor. The entire production process has strong mobility and high crushing efficiency, which meets the requirements of users. The whole production line has smooth discharge, reliable operation and convenient operation. Due to the use of mobile crushing stations, it not only has good performance, but also can be extended with the raw material site or construction site, without transportation, directly reaching the finished product particle size, and can be combined in various ways to meet the needs of different materials.

Production Process

The production process of the marble production line is roughly: hopper -> vibrating feeder -> jaw crusher (primary crushing equipment) -> cone crusher (secondary crushing equipment) -> vibrating screen -> conveyor -> finished particle products.
