Working Principle

The drum stone washing machine is supported by four tugs. The cylinder rotates at low speed with the motor and reducer driving the large and small gears. Ore containing mud balls and stone powder is fed from the feeding port through the feeding device. The ore entering the rotating drum is continuously picked up, thrown and stirred by a stirring device with a specific angle installed in the cleaning drum. From the feeding end to During the movement of the discharge end, it is continuously washed by the forward or reverse high-pressure water column during multiple cycles. The cleaned ore is dehydrated by the sewage removal device at the discharge end and then discharged to the finished product pile. The sewage containing sludge flows out through the sewage device at the discharge end, and is precipitated in the third-stage sedimentation tank for re-washing and recycling.
