Working Principle

The impact crusher uses the impact energy generated when the rotor rotates at high speed to mechanically crush the materials to be processed that enter the crushing cavity.

After the power is turned on, the motor starts to work, and the rotor is accelerated by the motor through the V-shaped belt until the rotor maintains a stable high-speed rotation state (different models have different rotor speed settings), and the ore is driven by the feed port Entering the impact crushing cavity, it will collide with the high-speed rotating rotor during the falling process, and obtain huge reverse kinetic energy from the collision process.
