The feeding equipment of the coarse crushing module uses a larger-sized vibrating feeder with double-layer grates, which has stronger feeding and pre-screening capabilities, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the coarse crushing equipment and effectively improving the overall processing capacity of the equipment.

(2) More flexible feeding methods

The tire-type mobile crusher production line adopts a large-capacity silo design, which can store more raw materials; the reinforced large silo can also adapt to various feeding methods such as loaders, excavators and conveyors, ensuring continuous and stable feeding. Production Process

Production process 1. Coarse crushing: under the action of the vibrating feeder, the construction waste is sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing in a uniform, regular and quantitative manner; 2. Medium and fine crushing: the construction waste after coarse crushing is screened by the vibrating screen, and the qualified ones enter the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and the unqualified ones return to the upper layer for further crushing; 3. Finished products: the construction waste after medium and fine crushing passes through the vibrating screen, the unqualified ones return for further crushing, and the qualified ones are output by the conveyor. The finished products of the crushed construction waste are of various specifications and adjustable particle size, and users can make reasonable adjustments according to actual needs
