A complete set of active lime production line equipment has been completed in Vietnam, with a daily output of 500 tons!

Production Capacity:500t/d

Processing materials:limestone

Power Consumption:

Case introduction

Henan Global Heavy Industry can provide complete sets of equipment and one-stop services for active lime production lines with daily output below 1,200 tons. Active lime is widely used in steel, alumina, magnesium, calcium carbide, power plant desulfurization and papermaking industries. Active lime is an important auxiliary raw material for steelmaking. The use of active lime has a series of characteristics such as improving the quality of molten steel, increasing output, reducing steelmaking consumption and costs, and stabilizing operations. Practice has proved that all enterprises that use active lime for steelmaking have achieved significant economic benefits.

Production Process

Limestone is transported from qualified silos to the top silo of the preheater through an elevator. The top silo of the preheater is controlled by two upper and lower level meters for feeding. Subsequently, the limestone is evenly distributed to each chamber of the preheater through a feed pipe. After being heated by the kiln flue gas at 1150°C in the preheater, the temperature of the limestone rises to about 900°C, and about 30% of the decomposition occurs. The decomposed limestone is pushed into the rotary kiln by a hydraulic push rod, where it is sintered and decomposed to form CaO and CO2. The decomposed limestone enters the cooler, where it is cooled to below 100°C by the cold air blown in, and then discharged. The hot air at 600°C after heat exchange is mixed with the coal gas in the kiln and burned. The exhaust gas and the cold air introduced by the induced draft fan enter the bag filter, and then are discharged from the chimney through the exhaust fan. The cooled lime is sent to the lime finished product warehouse through a vibrating feeder, a chain bucket conveyor, a bucket elevator and a belt conveyor. According to customer requirements, screening and other processes can be carried out.
