Working Principle

In working state, the high-speed motor drives the vertical transmission shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the material enters the powder selection chamber through the feed port set at the upper part of the cement powder selection machine room, and then falls on the spreading plate through the upper and lower cones set in the medium and coarse powder collection cone and the powder pipe. The spreading plate rotates with the vertical transmission shaft, and the material is evenly scattered around under the action of inertial centrifugal force. The dispersed material is under the action of the high-speed airflow entering the powder selection chamber through the air inlet of the external fan. The coarse and heavy particles in the material are thrown to the inner wall of the powder selection chamber under the action of inertial centrifugal force. After the collision, they lose kinetic energy and slide down along the wall and fall into the coarse powder collection cone. The rest of the particles are rolled up by the rotating rising airflow. When passing through the action area of ​​the large wind blade, under the impact of the large wind blade, another part of the coarse powder particles are thrown to the inner wall of the powder selection chamber. After the collision, they lose kinetic energy and slide down along the wall and fall into the coarse powder collection cone.

After the medium and coarse powder and fine powder pass through the large wind blade, under the action of the rising airflow, they continue to rise through the vertical guide blades and enter the secondary powder selection area. The dust-laden airflow is affected by the strong and stable plane vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor, causing the medium and coarse powder to be thrown to the vertical guide blades under the action of centrifugal force, lose kinetic energy, fall into the medium and coarse powder collection cone, and be discharged through the medium and coarse powder pipe. The fine powder that meets the requirements passes through the cage rotor into its interior, enters the high-efficiency and low-resistance cyclone separator with the circulating wind, and then slides into the fine powder collection cone to become the finished product.
