The reasons for the vibration of the large gear ring of the ball mill:
1. The wear of the large gear ring tooth surface is severe, the shape of the tooth surface changes, the noise increases, and the vibration increases;
2. The small gear bearing is severely worn, with increased clearance and increased jumping;
3. Cracks or fractures appear at the edges or ribs of the large gear ring; Radial runout increases and vibration intensifies;
4. A large gear ring is generally composed of two parts connected by bolts. Long term operation can cause bolt wear, resulting in radial and end face runout changes of the large gear ring, which may lead to increased vibration;
5. After a long period of operation, the ball mill sometimes experiences loosening of the foundation bolts of the transmission parts such as the electric motor, reducer, and small gear bearing seat, causing displacement of the transmission components and resulting in vibration when the axis is not on the same straight line. The ball mill transmission system should be stopped for inspection and the transmission system should be repositioned.
