Production Process

Crushing, storage and pre-homogenization: Use jaw crushers and roller crushers to crush limestone, clay, iron ore, coal and other materials, store them in their respective finished product piles and homogenize them. Raw material preparation: Use ball mills to grind the crushed materials, grind them separately and store them in different finished product piles. Raw material homogenization: Mix the raw materials in a predetermined proportion to ensure uniform mixing. Preheating and decomposition: Use a preheater to preheat the raw materials and decompose some of the materials. The heat flow comes from the exhaust gas of the rotary kiln. Raw material calcination into clinker: The raw materials are processed into clinker in a rotary kiln and cooled by a cooler after burning. Cement grinding: Use a cement mill to grind the clinker to the required particle size, and the finished cement is packaged by a packaging machine or transported to the finished product pile.
