Production Process

After simple treatment, the concrete with steel bars and other construction waste are sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing via a conveyor belt. The crushed materials are effectively separated by an iron remover and then sent to an impact crusher for fine crushing. The crushed materials are screened by a vibrating screen and the finished materials are output by a conveyor. Materials that do not meet the specifications continue to return to the impact crusher for further crushing.
